Julia Farinacci, (b. 2001) from Long Island, New York, is a classically trained artist with a BFA in Fine Arts and Education from Wheaton College, Massachusetts. Her primary mediums include oil paint, charcoal, wax, and chalk pastel.  

Farinacci’s work focuses on portraiture, capturing the subtleties of human emotion with a somber, introspective tone. Influenced by classical techniques, her work exhibits meticulous attention to detail and a nuanced understanding of light and shadow. While she utilizes her classical training, she enjoys incorporating modern influences into her portraits, making them even more her own.  

Currently, Julia shares her passion for art with her students, teaching private lessons on Long Island, while continuing her own artistic pursuits.
